We will undertake written valuations for insurance, probate & division purposes, for which there is a charge as follows;

1.5% on the first £1000 of value (15.00)
1% on the next £4000 of value (£40.00)
0.5% thereafter

A minimum charge of £35 applies to all valuations, which includes a visit to the clients home to inspect and catalogue the items to be valued. Any minimum charge will be agreed beforehand
